If you wish to return/Exchange your order, you can make a request within 7 days maximum from the date of receiving the order.
You Simply have to email us your request at
truedat.co@gmail.com with the number of your order, the item you would like to refund or exchange and in exchange with what and a reply will be sent to you based on availability.
Then, we will arrange a pick up with an additional shipping fee depending on your location.
In case of refund, it will be processed within 5-15 business days.
In case of Exchange, it will be processed within 3-7 business days.
